PROGRAM CO-LEADER (2000-Present) of a small team executing a $25 million denominational national television campaign. In the last two years, I have developed a teen Web initiative in which I regularly presented strategies and measurables tracking to executive leadership while orientating same with stakeholders, target audience, and team peers in IT, marketing/sales and operations. I have also continued in the role of identifying emerging communication technologies and directing regional beta tests for Internet and mobile messaging. Given my secular entrepreneurial background, my skills were specifically recruited to enable this agency to simultaneously launch this historic new initiative while implementing the needed infrastructure. My responsibilities have spanned the spectrum of needs from a start-up scenario to program maturity to launching the next generation. |
